Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of beauty and lash products, we can only accept returns for eligible items that meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item is not damaged by the customer
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, worn, or altered lash products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn lashes
- Opened beauty products
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products returned without prior approval
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Return Shipping
